Michael served nearly a decade in the automotive industry as Director of Fixed Operations for a multi-unit dealership organization, during which time he turned his passion for racing and performance “hobby” into a 3 year odyssey working evenings, and eventually full time, as a technician at a rotary engine specialty race shop.

Michael served nearly a decade in the automotive industry as Director of Fixed Operations for a multi-unit dealership organization, during which time he turned his passion for racing and performance “hobby” into a 3 year odyssey working evenings, and eventually full time, as a technician at a rotary engine specialty race shop. Several of his projects have been on the cover, or had feature articles in performance enthusiast magazines.

Mr. Holland spent the balance of his career at Jack Nicklaus’ Muirfield Village Golf Club as Director of Food and Beverage, and also at Director of Logistics, and Manager of Tour Player Hospitality for the annual PGA tour event The Memorial Tournament. 

Michael brings a unique and varied skill set to Racer Connect specializing in operations management, customer service expertise, and a wealth of knowledge and experience in the automotive field.

Michael Holland graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in Management, with a minor in Economics.
